Problem-Solving & Synergy Drives Progress

2026-04-14

On April 14, the Sales Department of Shunfeng Ink held a weekly work meeting in the company conference room. The meeting aimed to conduct a thorough review of this week’s sales work, conduct in-depth analysis of market challenges, and clarify key priorities for the coming week. All sales staff attended the meeting, which was presided over by the head of the Sales Department. Focusing on work review, problem discussion and strategy optimization, the participants carried out in-depth communication and deployment.

At the beginning of the meeting, the sales director gave a comprehensive summary of overall sales work this week. The sales team had steadily advanced market development and customer maintenance. As our core promoted product, Uv Flexographic lightfast ink had won positive market feedback and increasing customer recognition in key sectors such as food packaging in East China and high-end printing in the Pearl River Delta. The development of new customers and maintenance of existing customers were carried out in an orderly manner. However, issues including insufficient follow-up on customers in some regions and low efficiency in business implementation needed targeted improvement.

Subsequently, regional sales representatives spoke one after another. Combining their respective responsibilities, they reviewed highlights and weaknesses in this week’s work, and held in-depth discussions on market expansion, customer service, order follow-up and competition response. With an open and problem-oriented attitude, the team analyzed common challenges such as long delivery cycles for small-batch orders, insufficient technical guidance for new customers on product application, and market pressure from competitors’ low-price strategies. They explored root causes, shared frontline experience, and put forward practical improvement ideas and suggestions. For price-sensitive customers, some representatives proposed strengthening differentiated competitiveness by highlighting product performance and professional technical services. For operational difficulties faced by new customers, all agreed to carry out special guidance with the technical department to enhance customer loyalty.

During the meeting, the sales director responded to all questions and suggestions raised by the team. Combining industry trends and the company’s overall development strategy, he clarified key arrangements for next week’s sales work:

1. Focus on key intended customers and promote the implementation of intended cooperation to steadily advance regional business development.IMG_5480.jpg

2. Collaborate with production and technical departments to optimize small-batch order processes, and arrange professional technicians to support new customers in product sampling and debugging to improve service efficiency.

3. Optimize sales and service plans, strengthen promotion of core product performance advantages, and enhance market competitiveness.

4. Organize special training on product expertise and customer service skills to comprehensively improve the professional capabilities of the sales team.

The meeting emphasized that all sales staff should maintain a clear understanding, face up to market competition and shortcomings in work, take problems as guidance and goals as direction, take the initiative to fulfill responsibilities, and earnestly implement the measures discussed at the meeting. The team was required to make every effort to solve market problems, optimize customer service, improve business quality, and support the steady and sustainable development of the company’s ink business with solid work results.

This meeting was both a practical work review meeting, a targeted problem-solving seminar and a mobilization deployment meeting. It further unified the team’s thinking, built consensus, and laid a solid foundation for the efficient progress of sales work and the orderly development of various businesses next week.
