Shunfeng SUT-2 Lamination UV Adhesive – Stable & Efficient for Film Lamination

SUT-2 lamination UV adhesive is a staple product of Guangdong Shunfeng Ink Co., Ltd. Designed for flexographic printing and cured by mercury lamps, it delivers strong bonding between paper & film, as well as film & film.
Boasting powerful adhesion, low odor and fast curing speed, it works well with diverse substrates including gold & silver cardboard, coated white cardboard, CPP, BOPP and PP.
Key technical specs: Fineness ≤0, viscosity 1500 PPS, solid content 99%-100%, gloss 60±5. It shows no peeling under 3M tape adhesion test, with hue difference ≤1.5 against standard samples. Drying requires UV curing equipment with two 3000w/60m lamps.
